Job Summary
Supervises Retail, Catering, Vending and Administrative Support staff inthe department and performs routine duties related to the retail and cateringoperations. Responsible for modeling exceptional customer service for allinternal and external customers. Respond to and manage customer complaints,concerns and suggestions for improvement. Provide timely service recovery forany meal errors or customer services concerns. Monitors cash flow, makescash deposits and handles payroll. Performs Performance Improvement audits asrequested to ensure compliance to regulatory and quality standards. Compilesand maintains records of food use and expenditures. Follows and implementsHACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements. Supervises theRetail Food Services Operations and day-to-day activities of employees.General cleaning and stocking as assigned.
Essential Functions:Provide excellent customer service to customers, visitors, and employees.(10%)Offer assistance to customers needing help, including but not limited toserving, carrying tray, filling beverages, and escorting to cashregister and table.
