　　Job Description :

　　We are currently seeking a full-time Practitioner to join our team of professionals within the Partners in Recovery Program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to multi-task and have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

　　The PRP Practitioner will demonstrate clinical therapeutic skills and the ability to utilize them in nontraditional ways. They will understand existing service systems within the community and will be skilled in identifying appropriate resources. In this position an individual will be responsible for the development of a partnership with individuals in the program, while working with the broader service team to develop natural supports.

　　In this role you will:

　　· Perform assessments

　　· Develop service plans

　　· Provide restorative services and crisis intervention

　　· Be responsible for timely documentation in accordance with NYS OMH and Medicaid regulations

　　Each PRP Practitioner will be assigned 3 to 5 cases and will be the primary person to respond 24/7 to these individuals.

　　Qualifications:

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　BA degree with life Recovery Experience Preferred
