Responsibilities
As the Partner Technology Manager (PTM), you will be a transformative leader, responsible for driving our partners' success. Leading a team of Partner Technology Strategists (PTS) and/or Cloud Solution Architects (CSA), you will provide strategic guidance and valuable insights on how our partners can efficiently evolve their business solution portfolio using Microsoft technologies and diverse solution areas. You will model, coach, and care for your team, fostering a high-performance culture of excellence. Your deep technical expertise across solutions and partner eco system will establish your credibility, while your ability to create and lead a top-tier team through robust hiring practices, talent retention strategies, coaching, and mentoring will drive performance excellence.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
o OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
o OR equivalent experience.
· 8+ years experience with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft platform).
· 3+ years people management experience.
