As an Art Director, take on the creative strategist role on the partnership marketing team, partnering closely with the Creative Director, Technology Strategists, Marketing Strategists, Project Manager and Account Manager to own overall project delivery. Within the project team, the quartet has decision-making power over project scope, budget, and timeline and supports the specialists on the production of deliverables. This role will specifically work with the partner marketing team launching exciting concepts and design for our premier client and their high-value global partners.

YOUR ROLE

You will actively contribute to Indigo Slate’s success by:

•    Supporting the creative director to provide boots on the ground creative process governance.

•    Working closely with the client, account, strategy, and engagement teams to understand all the key objectives and information in our creative brief.

•    Use business objectives and marketing insights to partner with strategy and creative teams in the development of relevant, high-performance conceptual ideas and content strategies.

•    Create and deliver compelling presentations that surprise and delight both our internal and client facing audiences.

•    Foster engaging, collaborative working relationships with our clients, their partners and Indigo Slate teammates.

•    Provide meaningful, actionable critiques for the delivery team in all four stages of Indigo Slate’s delivery process: outline and visual concepts, draft, and comps, prefinal, and final delivery.

•    Intimately understand and ensure alignment with client and partner brand standards.

•    Collaborate with strategic and development teams to ensure creative concepts can be executed and are optimized for the customer journey.

•    Understand and respond to performance data and steer the direction of future creative designs.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

•    Knowledge across different areas, from the fundamentals (graphic design, interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process) to new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related mediums

•    5+ years in the advertising and/or design industry

•    Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

•    Time management skills

•    Acute attention to detail and habitual follow-up
