　　Description:

　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Primarily responsible for the operation of plant processing equipment at a sand and gravel or quarry production operation.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

　　Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

　　Practice and promote safety in such way as including but not limited to; assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, utilizing appropriate PPE.

　　Exercise and encourage core values including but not limited to; developing self and coaching others by inspiration and empowerment.

　　Using a computer or manual controls, effectively operates primary or secondary crushing or other plant equipment in order to meet site production needs.

　　May run a front end loader or other material handling equipment to charge the plant with aggregate, sand and other materials.

　　Work weekends as required

　　Other duties as assigned

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Education : High School diploma/GEDWork Experience :

　　Knowledge and understanding of an aggregate plant operation.

　　Able to understand, interpret and apply policies and procedures

　　Knowledge and understanding of MSHA rules and regulations

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and practices

　　Strong safety-orientation

　　Travel Requirements: 0-5%

　　Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

　　Additional Requirements:

　　Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

　　Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
