Job Title: Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hourly Rate: $35/hour

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 3 days a week, rotating weekends

1st Week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2nd Week: Monday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

FlexStaff is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities in one of our Assisted Living Facilities under the direction of the Registered Nurse. CHHA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and assistance to residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the Registered Nurse.

Document all care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements:

NYS LPN License.

CHHA experience preferred.

Home care experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
