Description We are in the non-profit sector, located in Newport, Kentucky. Our team is seeking a part time HR Recruiter for a short-term contract employment opportunity. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on utilizing various online recruiting systems to find and engage talent for our various sites.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize online recruiting systems like LinkedIn Career Center, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Handshake to find potential candidates. • Innovatively schedule interviews using job boards and other resources. • Provide fresh ideas and strategies in the recruiting space. • Maintain a high level of proficiency with ADP and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems. • Take initiative to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. • Conduct full cycle recruiting to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish. • Use your creativity and knowledge of the industry to attract top talent. • Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress through the recruitment process. • Use Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage and organize recruitment data. Requirements • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience in Full Cycle Recruiting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge and experience with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)

• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

• Strong decision-making skills.
