　　OverviewThe successful applicant will help keep campus grounds in neat and orderly condition by performing assigned duties.

　　Responsibilities

　　Operate large power lawn mowers, edger, hand tools, and vehicles associated with grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.Operate and maintain water sprinkler systems and time clocks.Maintain landscape and flower areas, remove debris from stairs and sidewalks, rake leaves, and keep parking lots clean of garbage.General Maintenance on equipment.Will work with the Facilities Maintenance Crew on preventative maintenance and work orders.On occasion on call will be required for snow plow removal and maintenance responsibilities.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 2 years running lawn equipment or something similar.Ability to adapt to changing conditions or work assignments.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
