Description Part-Time Bookkeeper needed!

　　Your responsibilities

　　Settle accounts by reconciling entries

　　Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Previous experience using accounting software

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Payroll experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Quickbooks Online

　　QuickBooks experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
