　　Position Summary Details

　　The Airport Valet is responsible for providing Valet services to airport parking customers. The Valet will proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional and quick manner to provide responsive customer service.

　　Pay: 17.00 per hour/Bi-Weekly

　　Shift: Thursday and Friday, 6am to 2:30pm

　　Essential Functions

　　Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner

　　Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary

　　Quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service

　　Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist parking customers with luggage

　　Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking

　　Drive vehicles to drive-thru car wash, as needed

　　Accurately track tickets and car keys

　　Work cooperatively with other team members

　　Perform other related duties as directed by Operations Manager

　　Qualifications

　　One year of similar experience preferred

　　Must be able to drive manual transmission

　　Must have Valid Driver's License and Pass MVR

　　Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history
