Service Parts Lifecycle Specialist
Your role:
Prepare (for NPI) & maintain (@ LCM) technical, financial & logistic information of spare part in SAP – MPD, PMDA
Represents interest of DXR service for completeness of FRU master data in CCB
Transfers FRU information to SAP - MP1 / CORE
Acts as 4th line helpdesk support for questions of FSE on FRU identification & availability
Linking pin between BU DXR & SPS planning for NPI ramp-up, stock optimization, excess avoidance, supports PLCM
Maintains Incenter (spare part) data
Manages as Spare Parts Manager in full, usually through a number of subordinate supervisors, the activities of a small Spare Parts unit, or manages a small group of individual skilled Spare Parts specialists
Has responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals
Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance
Pre actively recommends changes to his Spare Parts unit policies
Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action
Typically reports to senior management level incumbents. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups
Interaction normally requires the ability to gain the cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules
Is involved in budget preparation
Quality of FRU information (# of field feedbacks, reported errors/complaints), Backorders
You're the right fit if:
Experience- 4-7yrs of industry experience
Skills- SCM, Master tool experience, logistics/ Spare parts LCM, SAP
Education- Any Engineering degree
Anything else- SAP tool experience is must.
