　　Position Summary Details

　　ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Utility Technician.

　　The responsibility of the Utility Technician is to address tenant reactive / requested repairs

　　and services and basic work orders and carry out duties beyond the role of basic day-pottering,

　　the following is presented as a starting outline of expectations for said Utility Person.

　　Pay: $29.00/hr

　　The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

　　401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

　　Must have Handyman Skills

　　Perform maintenance checks on rental equipment before and after use

　　Perform Inventory

　　Follow up with customers about pending/unresolved work orders

　　Manage Conference Room Reservations and maintain calendars up to date

　　Coordinate event planning with the meeting/event organizer to ensure company guidelines and regulations comply

　　Perform minor repairs of rental equipment and tools including electrical, calibration, certification, and tagging of furniture for rental ready status

　　Provide assistance to higher level technicians as needed

　　Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts

　　Must be Computer Savvy

　　Other duties assigned as needed
