　　The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of a garage lot. The duties are wiping down stair way rails, sweeping stairs, cleaning the elevators, making sure there is no litter on the floor. Cleaner will be exposed to different weather seasons.

　　Essential Functions

　　Cleans and maintains garage lot. Performs cleaning duties, such as sweeping, wiping down surfaces, removal of trash, wipe down signs with stainless steel cleaner.

　　Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

　　Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

　　Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Must be 18 years of age or older

　　Must pass a background check and drug screen
