　　Description

　　Park Inc is currently seeking a part-time Parking Garage Attendant for our client location in Blacksburg, VA. The primary responsibility of the Parking Garage Attendant is to maintain the highest level of customer service and convenience for customers as well as help manage the daily responsibilities of the multi-use parking garage. This is a part-time position requiring open availability for all of Virginia Techs home football games, and other special events in the parking garage.

　　Essential Functions

　　Assist in the daily operation of the parking facility

　　Greet arriving and departing guests

　　Assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including ticket dispensers, pay stations, and exit station equipment

　　Maintain the security of customer financial and identifying information

　　Ensure security of cars in garage

　　Regularly inspect all windows, security cameras, doors, and locks on garage premises

　　Expediently resolve guest service issues and elevate issues to manager if needed

　　Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations

　　Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines

　　Set high personal standards for performance

　　Reports all accidents and incidents immediately ·

　　Assist with maintaining the integrity and appearance of garage

　　Compute and record totals of transactions in daily revenue report for scheduled shift

　　Assist with on-site communications with customers, clients and management

　　Assist manager in maintaining a strong working relationship with the client

　　Account for daily receipts receipts

　　Ensure that parking garage and company operations are adhered to

　　Empty cash from pay stations and prepare daily paperwork and deposits

　　Assist with monitoring and maintaining all garage equipment including pay stations and parking spaces
