  General Summary:

  Assures that the facility is clean and that vehicles are parked properly bypatrolling and confirming payment of each vehicle on a regular basis.Performs a combination of routine general housekeeping and patrol duties.

  Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from$17.29 - $18.25/hour.

  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect the parking lot at the beginning of each shift for cleanliness andmaintenance items. Report any needs to the Parking Supervisor.

  Patrol each level of the lot on a continual basis to ensure that revenue iscollected on each vehicle. Provide enforcement when necessary.

  Present yourself as an ambassador of the Colorado Convention Center. Provideinformation to routine inquiries; assist the public with vehicle issues tothe extent possible.

  Maintain parking equipment in clean and work-ready condition, set-up andremove traffic control items as necessary.

  Other duties as assigned

  Education and Experience:

  High School diploma or GED, preferred

  Skills and Abilities:

  Possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  Perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities

  Excellent record of dependability and reliability

  Demonstrated skill to work effectively as a part of a team

  Provide customer service in a professional considerate manner

  Work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within anorganization.

  Computer Skills:

  The ability to operate computers and work with basic office systems.
