　　Position: Parking Ambassador

　　Job Summary:

　　The Parking Ambassador is expected to provide a First-Class GuestService interaction with each customer. This position will manage theefficient entering and exiting of assigned parking lots surroundingState Farm Stadium. Ambassadors will perform duties within the parkinglots assisting guests with directions both visually and verbally. TheParking Ambassador is a key position to our parking operations and eventexperience and reports to the Parking Manager.

　　What you will be doing:\

　　Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion.

　　\

　　Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted polesin and out of parking locations.

　　\

　　Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaininganswers to any guest inquiries.

　　\

　　The Parking Ambassador will assist with setting up or breaking downspecific equipment in their lot which may include barricades, signs,cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic managementprogram.

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　\

　　Must be at least 16 years old

　　\

　　High School Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled preferred

　　\

　　Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volumeenvironment or another similar industry experience

　　\

　　Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up toeight (8) hours in length

　　\

　　Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis

　　\

　　Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, andholidays

　　\

　　Ability to work outside in extreme temperature fluctuations and aroundexcessive noise

　　\

　　Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and teammates

　　\

　　Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations

　　\

　　Other duties as assigned
