　　For our Motion, Power, Sensing Division Headquarter in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager :

　　The Senior Product Manager owns and define the Energy Sensors & Conditioners products portfolio and roadmaps including decisions relating to price setting, product/program life cycle management, profitability and obsolescence management.

　　He/She champions the Energy Sensors & Conditioners product portfolio, including competitive analysis and strategic positioning from commercial as well as technical standpoints. He/she is a primary point of contact externally (customers, distributors) and internally (engineering, sales, operations).

　　Product and portfolio management

　　Monitor and improve associated product portfolio performance (revenue and profitability)

　　Understand current and future market needs (customers, users, market analysis) in collaboration with Sales

　　Develop product strategy and portfolio management through detailed roadmap to meet market needs

　　Articulate and quantify market opportunities for new and existing products through sound market requirements, functional and performance specifications and business plans

　　Align all stakeholders around the product roadmap and priorities

　　Prioritize Sensors & Conditioners developments, upgrades and features

　　Manage product maintenance activities and provide support to engineering teams as per business priorities (obsolescence, customization, non-conformities, etc.)

　　Program lifecycle management

　　Own the program lifecycle management process for all new product/solution development projects, including business case ownership using the appropriate business evaluation model / tool

　　Develop technical requirements, performance specifications and form/fit/function

　　requirements for all new product/solution developments

　　Define and update target recurring cost

　　Provide strategic oversight and decision making for new product/solution development

　　projects Support new product launch plan, including Marketing communication and Sales training

　　Field of Study / Area of Experience

　　Master or Bachelor degree in engineering background (degree in mechanical, electronics or systems engineering - or a similar discipline)

　　Knowledge of industrial rotating machinery and associated Sensing and Monitoring equipment

　　Strong track record in new product development and launch in the Power Generation industry (Gas turbines, Steam turbines, etc.)

　　Experience in Piezoelectric and / or optical Sensing Solutions (sensors and conditional electronics) is an asset

　　Solid market exposure and finance background (MBA preferred)

　　Experience cross -functional management and collaboration in an international environment and matrix structure

　　Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List

　　Strong interpersonal and relationship skills to deal with team members (Sales, Engineering, Operation) and customers

　　Natural leadership with ability to influence and engage at all levels to drive vision and purpose

　　Autonomous with great sense of accountability

　　Business acumen, customer focus, strategic mindset and results driven

　　French language is a plus
