　　Test program, methodology development, and implementation. Monitor and

　　debug multiple test platform applications at key electrical wafer processing test

　　points. Ensure all the test programs are checked and validated prior to production

　　release. Perform established and innovative data analysis utilizing processing

　　and test data - publish and present findings as appropriate. Administrate

　　Parametric Automated Test Equipment systems. Implement and monitor

　　Statistical Process Control. Support Internal and external audits. Assist in

　　identification and finding resolution to yield and quality issues throughout product

　　lifecycle. Collaborate with a variety of Production and Engineering groups

　　including Product, Process, Integration, Yield Enhancement, Real-Time Defect

　　Analysis, Quality Reliability Assurance and other Probe groups. Prepare and

　　represent Param team in meetings and ensure notes are maintained for the

　　organization and communicate issues, which influence site in a timely manner

　　and drive to fix it and maintain tactical updates on a daily basis and project

　　updates on weekly basis.

　　Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics

　　Engineering, Physics, or related field and one year of experience in the job

　　offered or in a semiconductor related occupation.
