Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Paralegal in Denver, Colorado. This role is essential within our team and will involve providing support to a group of attorneys and another paralegal.

Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support by answering incoming calls efficiently.

• Managing and filing legal documents electronically.

• Assisting in briefing procedures for 5 attorneys and an additional paralegal.

• Handling the electronic signatures through Adobe and maintaining records via SharePoint.

• Using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management, and demonstrating proficiency in Excel.

• Utilizing Aderant and CompuLaw for case management and billing functions.

• Employing Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for claim administration.

• Ensuring clear and effective communication with a large member base. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal

• Proficient in Aderant software

• Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat for document management

• Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)

• Experience in using Case Management Software for efficient organization

• Knowledge of CompuLaw for legal calendar and matter management

• Ability to perform billing functions accurately and promptly

• Capable of drafting, editing, and briefing legal documents

• Proficient in calendar management for scheduling and reminders

• Experience in claim administration including filing, managing, and settling claims

• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective coordination.
