Description

We are partnering with a growing boutique litigation firm in Downtown Minneapolis that is seeking a Paralegal to support real estate litigation and collections matters. This role plays a crucial part in managing case files, preparing legal documents, and ensuring deadlines are met in complex financial and commercial litigation cases

Key Responsibilities:

Manage case files, track deadlines, and prepare legal documents

Conduct legal research and assist with court filings

Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines and filing requirements

Support attorneys with real estate litigation, collections, lien and mortgage foreclosures, and judgment enforcement

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with litigation procedures and court processes

Experience with title review and real estate documents (preferred)

Experience with collections and foreclosure matters (preferred)
