Construction Superintendent

　　Our client is looking to add an experienced interior superintendent to their project team in early January. They have several interior renovation and fit out projects in the pipeline for 2024 and need an experienced superintendent.

　　Skills and & Qualifications

　　-5+ years of experience as commercial superintendent

　　-Projects sizes in the 1-10million range.

　　-Interior Retail, Office Space and Infrastructure project experience.

　　-Strong subcontrator management experience.

　　-Ability to read and interpret blueprints

　　-Strong safety experience.

　　-Abiltiy to manage multiple subcontractors

　　-interaction with owners/executives

　　-Strong computer and documentation skills
