Description

　　Robert Half, on behalf of its client, is seeking a paralegal to assist the legal department personnel research, organize, analyze, draft, and prepare a variety of written materials supporting its legal policy work, and internal legal and governance matters.

　　The Paralegal will also manage (1) the Legal department's (internal) SharePoint site; (2) all Legal and Compliance policy content on the company's website, as well as provide administrative support for department personnel.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Conduct legal policy research, compile background materials, and analyze legislative and regulatory proposals.

　　Track and analyze national, state, and international legislative and regulatory activities affecting the medical device industry.

　　Develop tools and trackers to support the implementation of the company's strategic plan.

　　Draft, review, and revise reports, releases, and summaries on relevant legal issues for internal and external stakeholders.

　　Provide logistical support for Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Board meetings, including materials preparation and scheduling.

　　Support internal legal activities, including maintaining Salesforce data and managing the company's Code Certification processes.

　　Prepare visual aids for data reporting, manage benchmarking surveys, and compile member company policies for policy benchmarking.

　　Assist in gathering and analyzing information for discovery or other information requests.

　　Provide administrative support, including expense report preparation and calendar maintenance.

　　Manage the Legal department's SharePoint site and AdvaMed.org Legal and Compliance policy content.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.

　　2+ years' experience as a paralegal with a law firm or in-house.

　　Proficient in obtaining, aggregating, and organizing information related to laws, regulations, and legal documents.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage meeting logistics and administrative tasks efficiently.

　　Familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes impacting the medical device industry.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, releases, and correspondence.

　　Ability to adapt to a hybrid work policy, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week and occasional increased onsite presence during specific periods.
