Engineering degreeAbility to demonstrate and maintain a good safety recordGeneral knowledge of the engineering, construction and operation of electric and natural gas transmission and distribution systems including regulatory policies (FERC, DOT, etc.) or related experienceWorking knowledge of Company safety and environmental policies and procedures or have related experienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft office and ability to learn and effectively use proprietary softwareAbility to supervise and direct the activities of several functions and direct reports, coordinate diverse activities, delegate efficiently and promote and maintain a positive and progressive work environmentAbility to perform constant sitting, frequent standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 35 poundsAbility to travel up to 20% of the work time or as the work requires under varying conditionsAbility to be on-call for after-hours emergencies as part of the Division operations Supervisor-on-Call rotationAbility to pass an employment physical, drug test and background checkProfessional Engineer License is preferredPractical knowledge of all phases of utility electric and gas operations is recommendedADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR UPPER LEVEL INCLUDE:

$81,200 - $148,900 annually, depending on experience.
