Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal with 3-5+ years of experience to join a national law firm in downtown Chicago. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience supporting IP attorneys. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

　　Legal research

　　Draft correspondence, cite-check, bluebook, and analyze pleadings

　　Manage case documents, including organization, substantive review for relevance and responsiveness

　　Provide preparation of court filings in federal courts and agencies

　　Provides assistance with depositions, including preparation of witness files, exhibits, notices, subpoenas, and summaries

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency with Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

　　Must have excellent writing and communication skills.

　　Ability to work in a team environment.

　　Must be flexible to work overtime and travel when needed.

　　Must have trial experience.

　　Must have IP Litigation experience.
