　　 Northrop Grumman is looking for a Paralegal to: Performs review and comment of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts and contractsAssists business with legal and regulatory complianceSupports program firewalls and firewall trainingProcesses subpoenasGathers and analyzes informationConducts legal research and resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorneyAssists in document collectionsMaintains records of activities within the groupInteracts with all levels of management at both corporate and sector level Basic Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of additional education and/or experience as a paralegal.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to balance and influence multiple competing priorities and individuals.Ability to exercise strong judgment with integrity at all times in execution of responsibilities.Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in government or commercial contracts and paralegal support.Bachelor's degree in a law-related discipline or a paralegal certificateCompletion of or participation in attorney assistant or paralegal education/training.Salary Range: $65,600 - $114,400

　　The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

　　Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
