What you'll do:

　　The primary function of this role is to control Material Planning for the whole Eaton Bielsko facility. It is the function to be accountable and responsible for assuring all necessary materials are delivered on time. Manage planning process including logistics of material and product flow to assure customer satisfaction and budget goals. Utilize EBS tools to directs and coordinates all activities supporting production to meet or exceed plant goals and objectives for safety, cost, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and flex.

　　Responsibilties:

　　Lead of material management budget planning, SIOP and MPS in the plant assuring lowest total cost and 100% on time delivery to our customer baseManage supply of Raw Materials, effectively cooperate with SCM Team in order to supply parts for maintance and production(tools )Maintain, develop and monitor EHS and quality systems, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Maintain and monitor inventory levelsEnsure safe workplace with zero incidents and high class safety and ethical cultureTeam Management ( development, executions of KPI etc., project management )

　　Work from the office in Bielsko with 1 day per week of possible remote work.

　　Requirements

　　• Strong logistic and managerial background; min. 5 years of proffesional experience in similar position in automotive sector.

　　• CPIM certification an asset

　　• Multi - Staff technical experience required;

　　• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;

　　• English language fluency.
