　　Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Support attorney through all stages of project work Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience

　　Foreign Patent experience desired

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Patent Prosecution

　　Patent intellectual property experience

　　Practical knowledge of U.S. Patent

　　Patent Litigation experience

　　Background working with Patentability Searches

　　Adeptness in Patent Preparation

　　Patents experience highly preferred

　　Patent Law experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Patent Application

　　General familiarity with Patent Portfolio

　　Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued

　　Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

　　Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
