Description This Paralegal position is for candidates who possess the ability to think critically while providing research and administrative support. 　　Responsibilities

　　Support attorney through all stages of project work

　　Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

　　Data base management of all relevant documents

　　Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work Requirements - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Injury Law experience

　　Experience with civil law

　　Personal Injury Litigation experience desired

　　Foundational knowledge in civil law

　　Discovery experience

　　Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

　　Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Customer service oriented communication skills

　　Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
