The Role

This position performs basic to intermediate analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify core business issues to map out possible solutions. The mapping is used to develop the business case for action, defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions. This position undertakes basic analysis to contribute to the development of the detailed requirements of the solution, to satisfy the business need.

The Main Responsibilities

Works closely with engineers, architects, and others on the applications development team to refine the solution design, methods, and outcomes.

Assists in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements.

Assists with analyzing data and identifying solutions along with pros and cons with respect to impact on the business.

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Experience with with data visualization concepts, Splunk, R, Python, SQL, and structured and unstructured databases.

Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

Project manage system migrations specific to international access to Lumen systems impacting Enterprise Repair teams.

Troubleshoot complex system access issues with Virtual desktop support.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.

3-5 years of related experience.

Expert MS Office Excel skills.

Experience in analytics utilizing financial data.

Analytical and decision-making skills.

Strong communication skills verbal and written to multiple levels of leadership.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Takes initiative to ask questions and proactively problem solve.

Candidate should be a strategic thinker who can identify gaps in processes and work to close those gaps and improve the process.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$51410 - $68540 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$54110 - $72140 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$56820 - $75750 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$59520 - $79360 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
