　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Ability to effectively prioritize and organize litigation deadlines and deliverables

　　Assist attorney with a variety of case and pre-trial tasks

　　Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

　　Data base management of all relevant document

　　Requirements

　　Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired

　　Discovery experience

　　Expertise in trial preparation

　　Solid understanding of Insurance Defense Litigation

　　Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

　　Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

　　5+ years of relevant experience
