　　UKG is seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Payment Services Team as a Data Operations Representative. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service and effective communications with our customers. This role is responsible for assisting with client data changes, while exceeding our customers’ expectations. This individual has a strong passion for people, building relationships, ability to effectively multi-task/prioritize, and a keen focus on accurately processing customer requests. This role is required to be onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) in our Weston, FL office location.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Daily mail processing and distribution

　　• Scan, fax and index various document types

　　• Print and Process Daily Coupons and Checks

　　• Print and mail trust checks for prior period payments

　　• Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization

　　• Expected to work overtime and after-hours as required during sensitive job assignments

　　Qualifications

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service and/or clerical/administrative environment

　　• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• Strong oral and written communication skills

　　• Knowledge of support tools such as Salesforce

　　• General understanding of payroll and payroll tax industry experience

　　• Experience with data auditing, case management experience, and data control
