　　We are currently seeking a Palletizer to join our Deer Park manufacturing team.

　　Pay: $26.52 / hour

　　Schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Day Shift, Rotating Schedule 2/2/3

　　Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the followingOperate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappersSafely operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customersComplete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for liftUse scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facilityMeet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, downtime, pallets/labor hour, line loading and truck turn timeEnsure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks and inspecting raw materials and finished goods against quality standardsComplete and maintain quality, inventory and preventative maintenance documentationRecord preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as neededInteract with team members, quality assurance, maintenance and the warehouse to maximize output and efficiencyMaintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing Practices are metWork as a team with other operators to ensure no line stoppages and improve operationsCross training to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as neededProvide vacation coverage to team members as neededQualifications
