　　Our Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water has been refreshing Florida for over 50 years. BlueTriton Brands is expanding our team of Machine Operators (Production Technicians) at our Zephyrhills, FL location.

　　Pay: $20.17 / hour

　　Shift differential of .50 cent after 6:00 pm

　　$1500 sign on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment)

　　Schedule

　　12 hour shifts on rotating schedule

　　5:30 pm - 5:00 am or 5:00 am - 5:30 pm (availability to work day or night shift is required)

　　Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

　　Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappersRecord preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as neededMeet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, downtimeEnsure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks - Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading raw materialsInteract with team members, quality assurance and maintenance to maximize output and efficiencyMaintain work area in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices are metWork as a team with other Technicians to ensure no line stoppages and improve operationsCross training to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as neededBasic knowledge of blow mold experience. Provide vacation coverage to team members as neededQualifications
