　　Pay Rate: $30.00 / hour

　　Schedule

　　Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

　　MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Ability to trend analytical data and perform root cause analysis

　　Work with QA team members to develop and implement process control initiatives.

　　Perform equipment evaluations, maintenance, and calibrations (ICPs).

　　Assist with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

　　Maintain safe work environment and support safety programs.

　　Review and approve daily paperwork for all lines, including follow-up w/ resources for missing documentation.

　　Assist with consumer complaint processing and reporting,

　　Conduct microbiological analysis of product and process samples; monitor micro program

　　Ensure compliance to multiple programs: Pest Control, Hygienic Zoning, PrP Programs

　　Monitor and maintain overall hygienic condition of facility

　　HAACP and Food Safety Program

　　CIP monitoring, maintenance, training, records and optimization

　　Auditing and leadership of sensory program. Trending, corrective action and follow-up of sensory deviation

　　Leader of internal audit programs. Internal audit certification/ FSSC lead auditor certification a plus

　　MSR Compliance

　　GMP compliance of facility and visitors

　　Document Review and Release Program

　　Maintain all SOPs relevant to position

　　Provide backup/ support for QA Technicians Able to demonstrate he/she's commitment to Management System, Food Safety, Environment and Safety and Health and the Leadership Principles to manage and improve TandP/SC.

　　Qualifications

　　KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

　　Prefer Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science

　　Experience with Continuous Improvement programs - Written and oral communication skills

　　Auditing skills

　　Strong background in quality systems and sanitation

　　Understanding of GLP, GMP, and Lab Safety - Effective Communication

　　Troubleshooting skills

　　Understanding the microbiological and chemical testing analysis.

　　Understanding of Standard Methods MS Office skills or demonstrated ability to learn
