　　Prepare product to be painted by sanding, cleaning, and fixturing.

　　Setup and operate paint equipment, including mixing shakers and agitators, pressure regulators, paint pumps, spray applicators, paint booths, bake ovens, and automated paint spray equipment.

　　Perform basic autonomous maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning/flushing paint. applicators/pumps/lines/valves, exercising pressure regulators, tightening pump packing nuts, changing filters, cleaning paint debris from booths, etc.

　　Regularly and reliably work scheduled hours including overtime as needed to meet customer needs.

　　Work safely every day by following safety procedures, practicing safe behaviors, wearing proper PPE, and communicating hazards and concerns timely.

　　Participate as a member of a team by following direction, cooperating with, and helping others in positive ways, volunteering and flexing to other production areas as needed to meet customer needs.

　　Producing quality product every time by following the standard process, checking your work before sending it on and communicating concerns timely.

　　Work efficiently by following the standard process, focusing on the task at hand, minimizing waste and helping others or starting the next task when your work is complete.

　　Participate regularly in problem solving and improvement activities focused on safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery.

　　Become knowledgeable of company policies and procedures.

　　Qualifications

　　High school diploma/GED required. 

　　Previous paint experience is not necessary.

　　Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Function Test annually.

　　Ability to work around solder, paint, solvents, and other paint materials. 

　　Distinguish and identify colors. 

　　Be able to lift and carry heavy (up to 45lbs) and/or awkward items, work with your hands and depending on workload, be able to stand and/or sit for the full shift.

　　Steady and accurate hand-eye coordination and full range of motion required, including leaning, bending, stretching, and reaching.

　　Ability to work with minimal supervision. 

　　Good communication skills.  Fluent in English, written and verbal.
