For more information, please visit .As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Paint Technician for our paint booth for the construction equipment division at our Harrisburg, PA location.Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Clean and prepare surfaces as specified to be contamination freeInspection prior to painting for parts or components needing repairedRead and comprehend documents such as work orders, standard work, and specific customer specifications to complete work error freeApply solvent based basecoat and/or clearcoat with manual spray gunAble to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAble to work effectively wearing protective respiratory equipmentMonitors equipment used to mix and deliver coating materials to ensure consistency and qualitySafely manage and dispose of hazardous materialRecord paint mix in process control sheetsUse principles of 5S, continuous improvement, and standard work to eliminate wastePerform essential cleaning of paint equipment as neededQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentTechnical school or experience working in a production painting facility is preferredHigh level of manual dexterity and detail orientedPossess the ability to visually recognize and identify different colorsGood communication skillsComputer skills preferred
