　　We are currently looking for a Social Specialist Associate to support an in-house social performance marketing team through campaign setup, execution and management across our flywheel of products, predominately Sportsbook & Casino. This role will sit within the Marketing organization and serve as a direct bridge between Analytics, Planning & Marketing teams. If you have a passion for sports and iGaming, are interesting in social advertising, and enjoy working on multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.

　　Develop and implement paid social strategies to drive new customer acquisition, conversion and overall program efficiencySuccessfully apply paid social strategy and execution within social channels (i.e. Meta, X, TikTok & Snap)Oversee campaign structure, paid media optimizations, and creative ad rotationOptimize budget across platforms and tactics to drive most efficient performance we canTrack, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIsDevelop audience strategy and POV on retargeting, lookalike and custom audience approachSupport ongoing creative, tactical and audience testingRecommend new paid social strategiesDevelop and implement QA process for campaign setup and creative trackerComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment and open to collaboration with cross-functional teams

　　The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 - 38.46, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

　　This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
