　　About the Role:

　　North End Ranch is a residential home for individuals with developmentaldisabilities. Per Diem Direct Support Professionals assists individualsin a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to:transportation, medical management, dietary needs, personal care andmore. This position will assist in planning and carrying out individualprograms as well as implementing goals identified by the IndividualizedService Agreement (ISA). The atmosphere at this facility is rewardingand very warm.

　　Qualifications:

　　Highschool Diploma or GED

　　Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.

　　Experience working with individuals with a developmental disabilitydesired.

　　Must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation withpersonal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levelsmandated by the State of Vermont.

　　*Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.
