University of Denver Golf Club at Highlands Ranch is an 18-hole,semi-private golf club featuring a Hale Irwin designed championship golfcourse. The course, which opened in 1998, features a great variety ofimmaculately groomed holes. The 7,179 yard, par 72 layout boasts expansivebentgrass greens that many say are the best in the region.
Position Summary
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:golf cart fleet management, practice range management, customerinteractions, regular communications with the Golf Shop, starting playersat scheduled tee-times, daily management of players on the course,cleaning carts & golf clubs, and providing exceptional customer service tothe members and guests of the course. Additional duties may include tournamentoperations, junior program support, and various clubhouse maintenance duties.
The Golf Outside Services positions are non-benefited, part-time and not toexceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience.Flexibility in schedule.Ability to work during main golf season (April-October).Ability to multi-task.Abilityto lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous golf course experience.Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of staff and customerpersonalities.Golf playing background.

Hourly RangeThe hourly range for the position is $18.29-$18.50.
