**[SUMMARY OF ROLE
[Under the general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor and Lead person, the Assembler B Operator must [Assemble product or part of an electronic assembly using equipment and tools required to perform task, prepare parts for others to assemble. Job requires prolonged sitting and good hand and eye coordination. Repetitive lifting of two pounds anywhere from a minimum of fifty times and a maximum of one hundred times during a normal work shift is required. Repetitious hand, wrist and arm movement is also required. [Function as a member of the manufacturing team, contributing skills and capabilities toward eliminating non-added value elements in KBs manufacturing process. Champion the continual improvement process during day-to-day activities. While at the same time maintaining the quality of work being produced and adhering to all safety standards set forth by the company.[Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with fast changing priorities all moving towards the overall goal of being efficient and prudent, and participating in a total team environment
**[SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
