A list of benefits will be provided to you upon hire.Outside Sales Representative Job Details:Conduct sales calls and visits to customers to generate new business and maintain existing relationships. Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all situations. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications: Must have 3 years of related field experience, high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree a plus, and proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, self-motivated and results-driven, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
