Our team is responsible for providing world class services in Identity Security and Access Management space.
Your Opportunity
Identity and Privilege Access Management (PAM) Specialist is responsible for the design, engineering, and coordination of Identity and PAM initiatives as well as working with the teams that consume Identity and PAM services and surrounding components to ensure they align with Enterprise Security requirements and standards.
Roles and Responsibility
Identity Management:
Basic knowledge and understanding of cloud technologies and concepts (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
Understanding of cloud IAM, RBAC, Key Vaults or KMS, encryption, key management services and concepts.
Understanding of standard protocols and their working like LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, oAuth, OIDC.
Understanding of core IAM principals like least-privilege, just-in-time access, segregation of duties.
Privilege Access Management:
5-7 years of experience in CyberArk administration and deployment, including Vaults, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA and AAM.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with various CyberArk PAS components.
Drives privileged access management initiatives to improve our broader security posture, demonstrated by metrics.
Hands-on experience with designing CyberArk safes, platforms, and on-boarding accounts.
Hands-on experience in integrating CyberArk with LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, oAuth.
Experience in customizing the connectors (CPM and PSM) or plug-ins.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk CLI tools.
Implementing/integration CyberArk with AAM/CCP.
General management and security of credentials, including those that are interactive, non-interactive, API-based, etc.
Hands-on experience in implementing CyberArk custom and marketplace CPM & PSM plug-ins for use cases.
Experience with other vaulting services like Hashicorp will be an added advantage.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ISO, NIST, SOX, Security and represent IT in response to internal and external audits.
Perform regular maintenance and resiliency activities.
Strong knowledge and understanding of privilege access management concepts.
Knowledge and understanding of CyberArk Secrets Manager will be an advantage.
CyberArk certification will be an advantage.
Experience in documenting architecture and design, procedures, training material, SOPs etc.
Be able to mentor and coach others in PAM space.

Working experience and knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
Experience in one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python etc.).
Knowledge of basic project management methodologies will be an advantage.
Working knowledge of ITIL framework (e.g. Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Prior experience with any service management tool.
