　　Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital Outpatient Department is currently recruiting for a PRN Outpatient Registered Nurse, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. The Outpatient Nurse is responsible for ensuring appropriate level of patient care on the unit and maintaining safety of the milieu.

　　Daily duties include:

　　Patient Assessments

　　Medication Management,

　　Accurate documentation

　　Milieu Management

　　Team leadership skills

　　Crisis intervention

　　Health education to patients/families.

　　Performs related duties, as requested.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure: Licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing

　　Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program

　　Experience: 1 year experience in behavioral health and/or chemical dependency preferred

　　Certifications: CPR/SAMA (SATORI) must be attained within 30 days of your hire date.
