EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified schoolof pharmacy is required. Successful completion of an ASHP accreditedPGY1 or specialty residency is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Demonstrates effective use of computers and applications (e.g. MS Word,Excel, Outlook) as appropriate to practice and communicate effectively.Active membership in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) preferred.Active membership in the American Society of Health System Pharmacists(ASHP) and/or other national pharmacy organizations as approved by thePharmacy Administration preferred.
