Description About Nexus: Our team of licensed therapists at Nexus-FACTS (Family, Adolescents, and Children's Therapy Services) is specially trained in trauma and stress, and we're committed to helping families stay together, heal, grow, and move forward. We offer outpatient therapy services at our clinic in Mendota Heights, MN to patients ages birth to adult. Our evidence-based practices include: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) EMDR Play therapy Art therapy Family Therapy Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic interventions to our youth and family clients Complete Diagnostic Assessments Develop and implement Treatment Plans Support of program designed therapeutic services Provision of Case Coordination with family members, other professionals, school staff and community supports as needed Coordination of referrals Completion of clinical documentation Participation in clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings Locations: Clinic/Office setting Mendota Heights, MN Schedule & Pay: Full time or part time - work around your schedule and your life! Part time shifts are Monday - Friday 3pm-8pm Flexible schedules Pay Range: starting at $57,000 per year for full-time clinical trainees and $28.50 per hour for part-time clinical trainees Sign-on bonus of $2,000 for FT, $500 for PT! Required Qualifications: Minimum of Master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, psychology, family therapy, social work, counseling, or related fields. LGSW required for social work candidates. Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline, or currently holds a provisional license for a specific track (e.g. LGSW, LAMFT or LPC) Knowledge of family-based philosophy and practice is required Valid driver's license required Nice to Have: Experience in related community-based work with adults, families, and/or youth Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
