  Clinical TherapistFull-Time RegularNon-ManagementLima, OH, USSalary Range: $44,000.00 to $67,000.00 AnnuallySAFY is seeking a full time Clinical Therapist to provide in-office, outpatient services for our Lima Behavioral Health division in Ohio.As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.  Employees can work a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week providing tele-health services, with 4 in office days.Who We AreAt SAFY, our mission is Preserving Families & Securing Futures.   Make a difference in children's lives who have been through difficult trauma and require your support/coaching to cope with their emotional and behavioral challenges.Complete identified diagnostic assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans based on assessments.Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract.Create documentation for all services you provide in our Electronic Record System.Provide telehealth and in-office, direct services to families and children in your caseload.In collaboration with the team, work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the families in your caseload.You will be working with a caseload of 50-60 clients and expected to have 100 hours in utilizationWhat You BringWe are looking for amazing people who have diverse backgrounds and experiences, are inspired by our mission and are highly motivated to serve the children and families in our care.   LSW/LPC license in Ohio is required or license eligible.LISW/LPCC preferredMaster's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child & family studies, or counseling is required.2-3 years of experience in the field of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, and families.Experience with best practice models of clinical application preferredWhat We Offer

  Targeted hiring range: $44,000-$67,0000
