What are the must haves (aka minimum requirements):
Current and valid NP or PA licensure in Illinois
Access to insured reliable transportation
6 months of prior NP or PA work experience
1 year of Cardiology experience
Tell me about the job duties (aka key responsibilities but not allencompassing):
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, exploring medical history andperforming cardiac testing.
Diagnose and treat a variety of cardiac conditions, from hypertension tocoronary artery disease.
Create tailored care plans based on individual cardiac needs andcomorbidities.
Order, perform, and interpret cardiac tests and imaging studies likeECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
Prescribe and manage medications for cardiac conditions, ensuringprecise dosages and monitoring.
Educate patients and families on heart health, lifestyle modifications,and effective medication management.
Collaborate seamlessly with cardiology specialists, physicians, andhealthcare professionals for holistic care.
Provide timely follow-up care, monitoring treatment effectiveness andadjusting as needed.
Stay updated on the latest cardiology advances through continuouseducation and professional development.
Extend expert care to Senior Care Communities as required
