　　Compensation Range:

　　$35.70 – $60.29 / Hour

　　*12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.

　　Expectations:

　　Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator/PFC and the supervision of the surgical services leadership team, provides patient care and assist physicians in achieving surgical goals. This position requires flexibility of hours and to be on call as needed. EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited school of Operating Room Technologists preferred. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Scrub experience in orthopedic cases and other specialty areas. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) issued by The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Current Orthopaedic Technologist Certification (OTC) issued by National Board for Certification of Orthopaedic Current Orthopaedic Technologist Surgery Certification (OT-SC) issued by National Board for Certification of Orthopaedic Technologists (NBCOT) Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association SKILLS: Ability to work effectively with many different people in stressful situations.
