This is an opportunity to create effectiveness for U.S. Space Force clients.As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you'll use yourexpertise to assess how changes will impact business design and processes todrive organizational strategy. From unrealized potential to systemicchallenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of theirorganization to transform their practices for the better. Your role willinclude the development of a roadmap that will enable a client to buildMission Resiliency capabilities to support assured access to space operationsin any operational environment.

You Have:
1+ years of experience as a government staffer, support contractor, or intern
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook
Experience completing individual tasks effectively
Experience working in a team environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with organizational design, change management, processimprovement, strategic communications, or strategic planning
Knowledge of the DoD or U.S. Space Force
Knowledge of data visualization tools
Secret clearance
Master's degree
