Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Organizational Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and coordination of Raising Cane’s training programs and plans. This role is tasked with managing project tasks and timelines for new crew from the time of hire through functional training.
Responsibilities:
Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Oversees administration and logistics of training and development plans • Liaises between training team and cross-function teams to ensure preparedness for all training plans and communication • Represents the team in meetings with business partners, leadership and project teams • Acts as a trusted advisor cross-functionally with internal partners and stakeholders • Creates and delivers reporting on training and development results, and maintains organized documentation • Organizes and oversees the transition of plans to training delivery • Drives implementation and evolution of training plan design and delivery in partnership with functional leaders • Assists with creating processes for evaluating training effectiveness and administers process for evaluating training effectiveness • Completes other tasks as needed in support of training and development priorities
Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:
2+ years experience in training and development or related field in QSR, fast casual or other service industry
Able to influence and confidently provide direction to broad teams
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Bachelor’s degree
